Large Conference Room

This room features the following amenities:

  • Independent environmental temperature controls

  • Movable whiteboard

  • A large rolling TV stand with 60″ LCD, 30′ foot HDMI cable, and HDMI adapters.

  • Center mounted power strip for mobile devices

  • Water cooler

  • The room is also equipped with multiple electrical outlets for charging devices during longer meetings.

We have multiple table setups available depending on meeting style. We can set tables in a large L, a large U, a large rectangle, and a theater style up to 45 chairs.

  • Setup A: L shape setup seats 20-24 

  • Setup B: U shape setup seats 20-24

  • Setup C: Long Rectangle setup seats up to 30
